As part of our commitment to formalizing and strengthening Ghana’s small-scale mining sector, we have extended our comprehensive training programme for small-scale miners to Bunso, located in the Eastern Region.
The training is designed to equip miners with the knowledge, skills, and best practices required for responsible, safe, and environmentally sustainable mining operations. Participants will receive guidance on regulatory compliance, occupational health and safety, environmental stewardship, and modern mining techniques aimed at improving productivity while protecting communities and natural resources.
Through this initiative, rCOMSDEP continues to advance its mandate of promoting responsible mining practices, enhancing livelihoods, and creating a more structured and accountable small-scale mining industry across Ghana.
