Frank Asare has technical expertise, leadership, and legal knowledge. He has strong background in engineering, occupational health, safety, and law, he has over 14 years of professional experience across various sectors, including mining and environmental safety. His extensive knowledge in these areas makes him well-positioned to drive rCOMSDEP’s mission of creating sustainable employment through responsible mining while promoting responsible environmental practices.
Frank Asare holds a Qualifying Law Certificate from the Ghana School of Law, Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ghana School of Law, Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and also holds an International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (Distinction) from National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) – UK.
As the National Coordinator, Mr. Asare focuses on expanding rCOMSDEP’s impact through strategic partnership, enhanced community engagement, and innovative funding models. His approach emphasizes on responsible cooperative mining, job creation, vocational training and entrepreneurship. He will also lead efforts in environmental restoration and land reclamation, ensuring that degraded lands are rehabilitated and converted into productive ecosystems.
With his extensive experience in mining operations, health and safety management, and legal compliance, he is playing a crucial role in ensuring that rCOMSDEP does not only provides alternative livelihoods but also fosters sustainable economic growth in the miningcommunities. With his visionary leadership, Ghana’s efforts to promote sustainable mining practices and provide long-term employment solutions are set to receive a significant boost.
Siddiq Sheihu is a dedicated and results-oriented professional whose career beautifully intertwines leadership, faith, and service. A graduate of the University of Ghana, where he studied Humanities, Siddiq later advanced his professional development at GIMPA, earning a Postgraduate Certificate in Environmental Health and Safety. He further expanded his expertise with a Human Resource Management course from HR Certification, reinforcing his strong foundation in people management and organizational leadership.
With over 14 years of professional experience—12 of which he spent as Branch Manager at Amen Scientific Hospital—Siddiq has built a reputation for operational excellence, team development, and strategic administration. His leadership style is defined by empathy, discipline, and a results-driven mindset.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Siddiq has served as an Imam for 14 years, offering spiritual guidance and fostering unity within his community through wisdom and compassion.
Currently serving as the Deputy National Coordinator (Finance & Administration), Siddiq Sheihu brings a wealth of experience and a balanced perspective to his role—merging financial insight, human-centered leadership, and administrative excellence to drive progress and purposeful impact.
George Dadzie Junior is an accomplished Ghanaian professional with a strong background in operational leadership, strategic management, and organizational development. He currently serves as Deputy Coordinator in charge of Operations at rCOMSDEP, where he supports the effective coordination and implementation of programme activities. In this role, he contributes to strengthening operational systems, performance oversight, and stakeholder alignment in advancing responsible cooperative mining and skills development.
He brings over a decade of executive experience as Chief Executive Officer of Royal Group of Companies, leading project execution, risk management, performance optimization, and business growth initiatives. His leadership is defined by efficiency, accountability, and results-driven management.
George also serves as Executive Director of CEPI-Ghana (NGO), where he has played a key role in strategic planning, financial stewardship, and institutional effectiveness, including the successful application of lean management practices to improve operational efficiency.
He holds a Master of Science in Oil & Gas Resources Management and a Master of Arts in Communications Studies from the University of Cape Coast, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and professional training in Network Engineering.
